We are currently seeking a Site Manager for our Regina, Saskatchewan region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance, turnarounds and strategic projects, achieving expected results while managing site teams, various trade disciplines and ensuring contract compliance. Key responsibilities include liaising with the client, overseeing all site-related activities, and ensuring safety compliance with Company, Federal and Provincial safety rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Safety onsite, ensuring all plans, training, mentorship, risk management comply with Company, and with Federal and Provincial safety rules.
  • Respond to federal and provincial safety-related inquiries, representing the company in an effective and timely manner.
  • Identify and manage all operational aspects of the job including labor, equipment, consumables, materials, asset management, and any sub-contract requirements.
  • Develop various project plans, such as Mobilization, Construction Execution, Workforce Management, Change Management, EH&S, Demobilization and Quality Management.
  • Maintain, track, and report all financial aspects of the site including forecasts, key KPI's, revenue recognition, and billings.
  • Monitor site performance through regular reviews and lead site meetings to support ongoing progression.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report contract operating performance data to senior management, subordinate managers, and employees.
  • Ensure potential contractual and project risks are properly identified at bidding stage and managed/mitigated throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Conduct effective performance evaluations and provide mentorship.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP designation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of maintenance terms, scheduling and planning concepts, engineering drawings, contracts, change control and document control.
  • Ability to understand and interpret contracts.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate branch office business strategy and corresponding operating procedures to all levels within the branch.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
