Administrative Manager

BC Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established standards.
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
