Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate team members and external partners to successfully execute services within defined timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee external content, creative, and video vendors to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the Geotab brand.
  • Maintain detailed project estimates, secure internal approvals, and ensure accurate invoicing in collaboration with Geotab Finance for efficient financial management.
Impact:
  • Accountable for delegation and management of work deliverables to in-house Geotab departments and external creative and production resources.
  • Responsible for developing comprehensive briefs outlining budgets, timelines, and creative expectations.
  • Manage and/or design the creation, review, and approval of content, ensuring consistency and alignment with company and brand goals.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, marketing, and/or brand management.
  • Proficient with Wrike and/or Jira.
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience managing external content, creative, and video vendors.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
