Everyday Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Everyday Banking Associate to join our Virtual Connect team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking and lending solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings, ensuring you can provide expert guidance to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Basic knowledge of personal banking products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to escalate complex issues to managers as needed.
