Overview

TD Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Banking Associate to join our team. As a Business Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in commercial banking and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in commercial banking and finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
