About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Simply Fresh. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food and supply costs to maintain profitability
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and functions
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, and that our kitchen operations are compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and allergen management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
