Catering Delivery Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Delivery Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Quebec City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate catering deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer information, and order details.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any delivery-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local area and a valid driver's license.
