We are seeking a highly skilled Interprofessional Practice and Quality Care Leader to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and utilization of competency frameworks, as well as partnering with Learning Strategy and Innovation to advance quality care.

This role requires a strong understanding of professional practice, nursing regulations, and nursing standards, as well as the ability to guide and build consensus with interprofessional areas across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a healthcare profession, education, or a related field, plus seven years of recent experience in a complex healthcare environment. They will also possess advanced project/program implementation, management, and evaluation skills, as well as the ability to lead organizational change and manage staff and budgets effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with our Professional Practice Directors to identify trends and opportunities that promote innovation and partnership for improvement. You will also collaborate with other health authorities and external organizations to evaluate care models and team-based practices that can be implemented within Fraser Health.
