Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team at EnergyJobLine.com. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for working closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automated functional testing tools using Selenium and other programming languages.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain test scripts to validate the functionality of our web applications.
  4. Work with the DevOps team to implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  5. Identify and report defects to the development team for resolution.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automated functional testing.
  2. 3+ years of experience with Selenium and other automated testing tools.
  3. 2+ years of experience developing with programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, and Perl.
  4. Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, XPATH, and CSS.
  5. Experience with web and API testing methodologies.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Understanding of CIAM functional flow architecture.
  2. Able to handle complex integration testing architecture.
  3. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience with Python-based frameworks for Access Management.
  5. Able to perform backend service testing through Python and Java scripting.
  6. Experience testing large portfolios of high-traffic websites and multi-tier internet systems.
  7. Experience working with Agile Methodologies and frequent release cycles.
