Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Regional Lead for our Grande Prairie Office. This position requires a strong leader who can multitask based on changing office requirements. Responsibilities may include Project Management, Business Development, Technical Lead/Support, and Office Administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage electrical, control, and instrumentation projects from inception to completion.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.
Business Development:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Grande Prairie region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  4. Collaborate with the Calgary team to leverage multidisciplinary resources and expertise.
Technical Lead:
  1. Act as a technical resource to various projects within a Controls & Automation, Electrical and/or Instrumentation capacity.
  2. Provide technical guidance/mentoring to junior resources.
  3. Co-ordinate technical support as required to efficiently produce project deliverables.
  4. Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control checking and guidance within area of technical expertise.
Requirements:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.
  2. Degree or diploma from a recognized technical institute in one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering/Design, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or comparable Industry experience.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering/Design, Instrumentation Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering.
  4. Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role.
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  6. Proven technical competence within the Controls/Automation, Electrical and/or Instrumentation disciplines backed by solid technical post-secondary training.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
  8. Self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment.
  9. Proven experience working independently to organize, plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously.
