About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at Spring Valley Care Centre.

As a valuable member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of our residents.

Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Educate residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
