**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled recruiter with experience in full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct resume screening, interviews, and coordinate pre-employment testing.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with active and passive candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Post job openings, manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain data on weekly recruitment and hiring activity.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma and/or post-secondary diploma or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in recruiting trades or multi-discipline professionals is an asset.
  • Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a commitment to the success of the business.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
