Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

At RIMS Transport, we are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, as well as ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train staff
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Oversee payroll administration


Requirements:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficient in MS Great Plains (GP), accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Dependability and flexibility
