Job Title: Order Picker

Randstad Canada is partnering with a client on the south side of Guelph, Ontario, to build a top-notch team and offer opportunities for growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator skilled in Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift, and Order Picker operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker Forklifts
  • Operate RF scanner and perform manual order picking
  • Work in a unionized environment with measured accuracy and pick results
  • Handle boxed items of shoes, safety clothing, gloves, etc.
  • Palletize and wrap skids
  • Inspect and visually check final shipping products
  • Perform basic math and reading tasks
  • Stage products and materials for distribution
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • Perform housekeeping duties
Qualifications
  • General labor experience
  • Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
  • Safety shoes required
  • Warehouse experience
  • FL - Reach Experience / Counterbalance and Order Picker
