    • Plan and control budget and inventory
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service

    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in spa management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
