Job Title: Reinvestment Area Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our Reinvestment team, you will be responsible for the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control the reinvestment project management process.
  • Ensure quality control standards for Reinvestment.
  • Manage and track project budgets, schedules, construction, and project close out.
  • Develop scopes, estimates, tenders, and award contracts.
  • Manage change orders, deficiencies, and project close out.
  • Provide regular project reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction project management.
  • Collaborative and communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical skills in Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
