Cashier Supervisor

Join o/a Max 11 Convenience Store as a Cashier Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cashiers, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and ensure that all cash transactions are accurate and secure.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and back office.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
The Cashier Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
