Job Title: Cashier Supervisor

Join o/a Max 11 Convenience Store as a Cashier Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cashiers, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure that all cash transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and back office.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
