We are seeking a skilled Menu Clerk to join our team at Southlake Regional Health Centre. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute patient menus in a timely and efficient manner

• Obtain patients' meal choices via computer for two meals daily

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to food and meal requests and queries

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets an asset

• Experience and/or knowledge in food and nutrition basics an asset

• Demonstrated PC computer skills

• Knowledge of Computrition Computer Application an asset

• Knowledge of HBOC an asset

• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets an asset

• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and problem assessment skills

• Commitment to customer service and teamwork

• Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for patients and families
