Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Commodities Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Commodities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with Regulatory and Compliance teams to gather requirements and coordinate regulatory BAU issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Regulatory and Compliance teams to gather requirements and coordinate regulatory BAU issues
  • Work with Commodities Front Office Sales and Trading as well as other groups (Middle and Back Office) on documenting requirements and gap analysis for commodities products
  • Work with other technology teams as an SME to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Work on test plans and UAT coordination
Requirements:
  • BA within Capital Markets - 5+ years of experience
  • Significant experience and knowledge of Commodity markets in the US/Canada including Agriculture, Oil and Natural Gas - 3+ years of hands on experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the regulatory space in Commodities, including DFA (Dodd Frank), Canadian and MiFID II - 3+ years of hands on experience
  • Strong working experience with Commodities Trading systems - 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of commodity instruments and their lifecycle (Swaps, Futures, Options) - 3+ years of hand on experience
  • Technical skills such as SQL (writing SQL queries & extract from a database) and Microsoft office products, JIRA - 3+ year of hands on experience
