We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team at Elim Solutions. As a key member of our Professional Services department, you will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of NetSuite ERP systems, with a focus on financial modules.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience working with ERP systems. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, configuring and customizing NetSuite solutions, and providing training and support to ensure the ERP system is optimized for their financial and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Analyze client needs and configure NetSuite to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain customized financial reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management and efficiency.
  • Share industry best practices and recommend solutions to improve financial management and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience dealing with ERP system applications (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and/or consulting.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Reporting).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards.
  • CPA Designation is an asset.
  • NetSuite certification is a plus.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.
