About the Role

Cornwall Business Machines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to our clients' office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Repair: Inspect and diagnose issues with office equipment, including photocopiers, to determine the requirements for repair.
  • Electronic Equipment Knowledge: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and make necessary repairs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including completing work orders and test reports.
  • Travel and Transportation: Travel to client sites to perform service and repair work, using your own vehicle or a company-provided vehicle.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and French.
