About the Role

Cornwall Business Machines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose electronic equipment and assemblies to determine the requirements for repair
  • Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning
  • Complete work orders and test reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronic equipment repair or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
