Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.

  • Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance, promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
