About the Role- Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our users, restaurants, and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to inform design decisions and drive product development.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and use that insight to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Partner with the design team to develop and implement design strategies that drive business results.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with design systems and guidelines, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
