Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Pawan Investment Group LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Setting

Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
