Salary Information

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Workplace Interventions Coach/Mediator, you will travel to customer locations to facilitate workplace assessments, conflict resolution, and gender diversity supports. You will also provide team building, individual sensitivity, or executive coaching services as needed. Access to a vehicle and ability to travel are essential requirements for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require:

• A minimum of five years demonstrated intervention and/or executive coaching experience

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree)

• Expertise in psychology, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, social work, Human Resources, or workplace intervention with a focus on conflict in the workplace

• Mediation and/or Executive Coaching certification is an asset

• Good understanding of corporate and workplace culture

• Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred

• Familiarity with EFAP/EAP programs is an asset
