About the Role

King's Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a skilled Prefabricated Installations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interior and exterior product installation team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing prefabricated products.

Responsibilities

  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products to maintain their functionality and appearance.
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to facilitate safe and easy access.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • The ability to train and develop skills is a must.
  • English is the primary language used in the workplace.
