Drive Growth with Strategic Demand Generation

We're seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead our enterprise growth marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in priority industries and segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target high-value industries, leveraging content marketing, paid channels, ABM, events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand segment pain points and develop marketing campaigns that effectively address these challenges.
  • Align marketing messaging with product features and benefits for segments, working closely with the product team.
  • Optimize unit economics for strategic segments, leveraging marketing automation tools and collaborating with the broader team on lead nurture.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in enterprise growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in a B2B tech company (1+ years in B2B, 3+ years in marketing).
  • Strong understanding of modern demand generation and new tools.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns, from concept to delivery.
  • Top-notch analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau).
