Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Data Scientist - II to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Derive insights into customer behavior and drive product adoption through complex challenge analysis.
  • Develop models that shape product strategy and priorities using quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning expertise.
  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to enable impactful, data-informed strategies.
  • Lead and mentor team members in advancing ML-powered features within the Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and AI/ML roles.
  • Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, Pandas, and Spark/PySpark for ML development.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Solid experience with AWS services for AI/ML workflows.
  • Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of other AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
