About the Role

RONA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Lifecycle Planner to join our team. As an Inventory Lifecycle Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, market trends, and supply chain performance to inform inventory decisions.
  • Design and implement inventory reporting and analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventory goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful inventory management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
