Job Summary

RT Medical is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Assist clients with medication reminders and appointments
  • Provide respite care to primary caregivers
Requirements
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized program
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to lift 50lbs independently and assist clients with mobility
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records and TB test within the last 6 months
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check
