Job Title: Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, providing quotes, order entry, and coordination of submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Provide quotes and order entry, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Coordinate submittal drawings, order changes, and revisions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support sales support activities, including quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, and outreach to existing customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the project.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a sales/technical/marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
