Job Title: Supervisor Accounting Receivable

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Accounting Receivable to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting staff and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable subledger and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise accounting staff, including accountants and bookkeepers, to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable subledger and invoicing, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Develop and maintain internal control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Participate in inventory count reviews and analyze results to determine corrective actions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper accounting and internal controls are maintained.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure general ledger records are accessible and appropriate for tax department and audits.
  • Liaise with tax partners to ensure appropriate tax treatment of transactions.
  • Develop, monitor, and test internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Proficiency with financial software, including JD Edwards.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
