  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and grow main brands.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work as part of a team as well independently.
  • Valid passport and driver's license for travel within Canada and USA for training at manufacturers' facilities.
