About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our business operations.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, typing, and proofreading correspondence and documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Technology and Software: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with our business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
