We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Director to join our team at BAR BURRITO. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant by overseeing daily operations and leading our staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With a budgetary responsibility of $100,001 - $500,000, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost and maintain profits, evaluating daily operations, and modifying food preparation methods and menu prices accordingly. Additionally, you will monitor revenues to determine labour costs, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and address customers' complaints or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for supervising 5-10 people, negotiating arrangements with suppliers, and planning and organizing daily operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as free parking, paid time off, and a permanent work term.
