Job Title: Childcare Educator

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team at Green Sprout Childcare Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, cognitive, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess the children's development and prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers and lead activities that promote learning and development.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field of early childhood education.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. A criminal record check, immunization records, and tuberculosis test are required.
