As a key member of our direct support teams, you will provide leadership and collaboration to ensure service excellence. Your responsibilities will include participant planning and active support, human resource management, operations, and administration.

About Our Organization
MCL is a recognized leader in the disability support sector, empowering individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as mental illness. Our teams strive to be leaders in the disability support sector, collaborating closely with government agencies and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Participant planning and active support: to MCL's participants and their direct support teams
- Human resource management: providing leadership and supervision to MCL's direct support teams
- Operations: ensure that participants' environments are in accordance with MCL's program standards as well as DCS licensing standards, health, fire, and safety regulations
- Administration: following MCL's standard operating procedures to support MCL's program functions, including writing of annual and quarterly reports

Requirements
- Valid NS Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Clear and current criminal record check with vulnerable sectors
- Education and a minimum of 1 year's experience in the Human Services sector considered an asset
