Job Description:

Edgewood Health Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical programming in our facilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring excellence in our clinical pathways, and driving quality improvement and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership to a team of clinicians, ensuring excellence in clinical pathways, and driving quality improvement and patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Program Development: Develop and implement clinical best practices, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
  • Staff Management: Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members, ensuring their performance meets company standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare facilities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory standards are met regarding patient care, safety standards, infection control, etc.
  • Financial Management: Review staffing budgets and recommend changes to management.
  • Project Management: Lead critical projects focusing on client care and experience.
  • Quality Improvement: Conduct reviews, quality control, and drive improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Five years progressive management/leadership experience required.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated strategic leadership, team building, and mentorship skills in a complex environment.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to learning and continuous quality improvement.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask, and work independently.
