Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations of the medical clinic
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Financial Management
- Plan and control budget and expenditures for the clinic
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to provide high-quality healthcare services
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services
- Collaboration and Communication
- Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials as needed
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Education
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Personal Qualities
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and judgement
- Organized and a team player with strong values and ethics
