New Ranganas Jewellery Jeweller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Jeweller to join our team at New Ranganas Jewellery. As a Jeweller, you will be responsible for creating and repairing intricate timepieces and precious metal jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare parts for assembly using specialized cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Fabricate and fit parts to create unique timepieces and jewellery pieces.
  • Test and adjust timepiece movements to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Examine and appraise gemstones and diamonds to identify rare specimens and detect any defects.
  • Examine, cut, shape, and polish diamonds and precious gems to bring out their full beauty.
  • Fabricate and repair precious and semi-precious metal jewellery, including setting stones in mountings.
Requirements:
  • 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Judgement and ability to work as part of a team.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
