  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of merchandising standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Language:
  • English: Fluency in English is required.
Work Schedule:
  • Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
