Job Title: Coordinator, Peer Wellness Education and Programs

Humber College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator, Peer Wellness Education and Programs to join our Student Wellness and Equitable Learning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating content related to resiliency, well-being, mental health, harm reduction, and sexual violence prevention.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, psychology, public health, health promotion, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a post-secondary, community, healthcare, or wellness environment. You will have excellent knowledge of intersectional, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist best practices, as well as the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate wellbeing programs that translate student development, health promotion, and health behavior change theory to practice.

You will be responsible for executing campus-wide outreach events, facilitating upstream educational trainings, and overseeing our peer-led services. You will also provide functional guidance and training to a peer support team, working collaboratively with campus and community stakeholders to ensure programs meet institutional objectives.
