About the Role

Evolving Web, a Montreal-based digital agency, is seeking a skilled Drupal Architect/Team Lead to join our team of over 100 technologists, designers, and strategists. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to create high-quality websites and apps that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver complex projects
  • Design and implement technical solutions, creating documentation and ensuring seamless execution
  • Lead technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to drive measurable results
  • Enhance internal design and development processes, promoting efficiency and quality
  • Maintain ownership of project architecture and outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients, fostering strong relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects
  • Ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in PHP and Drupal development
  • Ability to mentor and train teams
  • Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient)
