About the Role

Evolving Web, a leading digital agency, is seeking a highly skilled Drupal Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our development team to design and implement technical solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Architect and document technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead technical workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Work closely with project managers to scope projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring that they understand the value and benefits of our technical approach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Drupal development and technical leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects, including project management and technical leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PHP and Drupal development, with a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to mentor and train team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Redmine or JIRA.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient).
