About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading foodservice company, where no two days are ever the same. As a leader in your department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating staff activities, training employees, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate staff activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting performance goals.
  2. Train and develop staff members to achieve their full potential and enhance job satisfaction.
  3. Maintain high standards of quality and safety by enforcing policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  4. Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced foodservice environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education or certification an asset.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to changing situations.
