Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at KUYA GENERAL SERVICES INC. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Or equivalent experience
