Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical real estate paralegal to join our team at Logica Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling files from end-to-end, from client intake to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client intake and file management
  • Document orders and preparation
  • Generating and reviewing trust reconciliations
  • Making filings in the Land Title Office
  • Generating invoices and posting transactions in accounting software
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working at a law firm or notary office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Unity Law and eConveyance is preferred
  • A positive and proactive attitude
