About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Healthy Hooch Kombucha. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers in the grocery world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the grocery market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at grocery retailers, including store managers and category managers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional plans and campaigns
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • Attend regular meetings and team events at our headquarters
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the grocery industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly
  • Residence in the lower mainland of BC
