Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at YXE Parts 4 Truckers Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Ensure that goods are properly packaged and prepared for shipping.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Check incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and update inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Identify and document any discrepancies or damage to goods.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Ensure that goods are properly packaged and prepared for shipping.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Verify the accuracy of incoming goods and update inventory levels.
  • Affix Identifying Information and Shipping Instructions: Label and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Ensure that goods are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
